Once dried, the seeds are expertly cut and then dyed in a hot boiling pot using a rich brown dye. The dyeing process adds depth and character to the seeds, creating a stunning visual effect.
After the dyeing process is complete, the seeds are meticulously polished to bring out their natural beauty and luster. within 30 days of receiving the item.
We may request proof of the defect or damage, such as clear photos or videos, before authorizing an exchange.
If the exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will ship a
replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Refund Policy:
If you receive a handcrafted item that is defective, damaged beyond repair, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
We may request proof of the defect or damage, such as clear photos or videos, before authorizing a refund.
If the refund is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the refund for the original purchase price, including any original shipping
charges, within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
